Are we celiac safe?
We take cross ontamination very seriously. We do use flour products in our kitchen however with our strict handling policies and procedures, we can say that we have not have known cases where we have made a celiac person ill. With 6 years of clean track record, we are confident in our procedures, however, it is up to you in how comfortable you feel.
Are we nut free?
We take cross ontamination very seriously. We do use various nut products in our kitchen however with our strict handling policies and procedures, we can say that we have not have known cases of cross contamination.
Are ice packs needed for the frozen products?
With the assumption that you have multiple frozen items together inside a proper cooler, you should not require a ice pack if you are expected to be cooking the items within 10hrs as we assume that your cooler will be able to maintain around and not higher than 3 degrees celcius. If your conditions are any different than our presumptions, we would recommend that you travel with an ice pack and we are happy to provide that.
Are cooler bags and ice packs provided?
Yes they are! They are available for purchase if you are are not touring with Pedals & Paddles. if you are touring with Pedals & Paddles, these are expected to be returned at the end of your tour, unless purchased.
