With over 20 years of experience on our team, we want to share the experience of eating farm to table approach in the comfort of your space.

Spring harvest salad- Grilled scallion, orange, cucumber, radish micro greens, roasted squash, mixed greens

Garden salad- blackberry, spinach, maple roasted walnuts, lemon ricotta, sunflower seeds with local greens, lemon herb vinaigrette

Starch:

Roasted Veggie Medley- roasted potato, golden beets, carrots

Roasted seasonal veggies/ squash

Classic risotto with semi dry apple cider and local season greens

Main:

Miso glazed salmon or cod

Overnight braised pork belly
