Gather. Connect

Food grounds us back to our past, and connects us to now and propagate our future.

Gathering Chef

Through cooking, I foster trust, comfort, and a sense of belonging, helping people reconnect with food and with each other. Around the table, food becomes a catalyst for creativity, conversation, and community.

With over 25 years in the culinary industry, I’ve learned that food is never just about what’s on the plate—it’s about the connections it creates. My approach as a chef is rooted in the belief that food can restore trust, spark community, and serve as a source of comfort and belonging.

Cooking itself comes easily to me, but what sets my work apart is the way I connect people back to food. Many of us carry complicated relationships with what we eat, shaped by our past or our experiences. Through empathy, intuition, and a deep respect for food’s role in our lives, I help people rebuild that connection. To me, food is a kind of medicine—not for ailments, but for grounding, healing, and reminding us of who we are.

Equally important is how food brings people together. I foster experiences that go beyond the traditional “cooking class.” Instead, I create shared kitchens that feel like lively dinner parties, where we cook side by side, exchange stories, and build something together. In that beautiful, sometimes chaotic energy, people find joy, creativity, and community. The meal is never the only outcome—it’s the connections formed around the table that leave a lasting impact.

Food has always been my home, and my greatest passion is fostering that same sense of home for others.
